The piece is made of pine with canvas stretched across it, with the portrait painted and then wax coated. The piece has a wonderful overall feel and patina from years of over painting, loss sections, repairs, the crackling of the portrait. The portrait is of GEORGE VI, Early 20th in age and English in origin. Condition: These are an antique we used, authentic fairground artefact so expect nature aging across the surface of the item, the item is structurally secure and without any breaks or structural damage.
